Advaith Foundation is a Shibulal Family Philanthropic Initiative. One of the seven founding members of Infosys, S.D. Shibulal manages his family office and looks after investment management. The Shibulal family has been promoting a number of projects under the umbrella of Innovations, a family office, incorporated in 2005-06.
Innovations’ vision is to build multiple sustainable platforms to execute the family’s diverse interests in philanthropy and business. SAATHIYA is one such program under Shibulal Family Philanthropic Initiative. SAATHIYA - Skilling Academy in Alliance with Tamara Hospitality for Indian Youth with Aspirations - is a hospitality skilling academy providing vocational training support in hospitality operations and further endeavor to fulfil the aspirations of youth from economically weaker sections of the society, who wish to make a career in the hospitality industry. Focusing on industry-relevant skilling, building careers, and creating a community, SAATHIYA has shown positive results in improving the lives and prospects of its graduates.
The Advaith Foundation has signed an MoU with the Administration of UT Ladakh to focus on the Ladakhi youth through Saathiya. The program will recognize their learnings through certification and subsequently providing them better employment opportunities and subsequent support for career building through its two main programs: -

- Housekeeping Operations
